Need some advice rn :⁠-⁠P

I really got some good amount of focus work to do. Nd I get too much sleepy throughout the day. What u guys do to curb your excess sleepiness?? ( Or suggest me some! )👾

omega 3, vitamin B & D did wonders for me after 2 weeks.. especially omega 3 supplements, on those i completely stopped being tired in the mornings when i wake up! and rising earlier helps sometimes

Wake up not too late, do some exercise , read ,listen to music in between, use less phone, don't use mobile 30 min prior to sleep , read your favourite book at that time. (⁠^⁠^⁠)
