Is it dumb to be upfront and vulnerable about bed wetting struggles from the start when dating?

A filter if you will to spare my feelings and not have it be a dealbreaker once emotionally invested as has happened so many times. My ex said “I didn’t sign up for babysitting “ when I suggested diapers as a practical solution which absolutely crushed me. After a year together. Lately happens a lot 😕 more then I care to admit. My bladder is basically 3 rn is how doctors explained it. Grew up a bedwetter to my teens, ptsd from SA. But now its a lacerated bladder from a car accident that might take another couple years to heal tbh. And its been worse since my cousin basically a brother and best friend to me passed before thanksgiving. And just been feeling ashamed no girl will give me a chance bc of it At least I have her💚
