Do you feel more lonely around people than being by yourself?

Hello my fellow infjs, in #life do you feel more lonely alone or around people? Becuse most people I meet don’t understand what I mean. When your at a #party how do you feel? I actually enjoy my alone time. 🙃💖

When I'm in a crowd of people sometimes I feel like I don't fit in and I just want to go home as I feel overwhelmed. I can go the whole weekend without speaking to a single person and I'm okay with that.

I mean... I'm not an INFJ but saying that I enjoy my alone time, especially out socialising I'd rather chill and vibe instead of dealing with a drunk person

Depends on the crowd I guess. I think large groups of noisy people make me feel more lonely than being by myself. But I really enjoy the feeling of comradery being part of a team. Being part of a small group is better than being alone. And being alone is better than being in a crowd.

I feel lonely in a crowd. When I’m alone, I don’t feel that lonely. I mostly love it, but there are times I’m lonely when I’m alone too. 🙃

I feel like the odd one when I'm out in a crowd sometimes. It's probably because I'm usually the only single person in the group so that can kinda make you feel alone.

Dunno if I am injf, but yes. In general other people will validate the feeling of you being alone. Especially when they don't listen or don't understand. Not that I care for it, because it's been like this my whole life.

For me, if I have understanding and trust with the people I am with.  It is empowering and is what makes me happy.
If there is no real understanding, then yes being with randoms, especially if egos are out.  I feel much more lonely, than I ever do on my own.
It is all a out peace & love for me, obviously you want to share that.  I am able to live it in my own.

Depends on the location, concert/cinema is fine but a crowded shopping centre no. I'm not lonely as I always have something to fix, dogs to train or music/exerise to enjoy.

Nobody commenting is an infj 🙈 but yes i feel alone around most people but these days im happy either being by myself or in amongst others even if disconnected. Most dont like to speak in the detail i desire, or value the same things, or get the wrong idea about a deep connection. When im by myself its like i dont feel any others energy n the airwaves (and so my mind) are calm. Theres always the other infj's or similar tho that are rewarding to connect with. Infj's NEED alone time to rejuvenate. Might go mad otherwise 🤣

Sometimes I wonder if I came from outer space. If these people are human then what am I? It gets to that point!I'm not saying this because I look down on them, but because I really feel misunderstood and because of their strange looks.

Yeah, I feel lonely in a crowd of people, and of course I prefer to spend that time alone. But, I have to admit that, when I share my time with a special person, I feel better than all the other situations, but I still need my time alone
