Qatar! What should I try?

Qatar, I'm visiting for 4 days for the Formula 1 weekend. What are something that I can do in Doha or something to try (food, activities, etc) that locals do and not something for tourism? I don't care, even if it's a shop that sells only tea. I wanna have a taste of the local life while I'm there.
