Born on June 25, 1971, in Villa María, Córdoba, Argentina, Buljubasich made quite a name for himself through his remarkable reflexes, shot-stopping abilities, and strong leadership skills. He played for various clubs in Argentina, Chile, and Mexico during his career, leaving a lasting impact on the teams he represented.
Buljubasich began his professional career in 1990 with the Argentine football club, Rosario Central. After spending three successful seasons with the club, he made a move to Unión de Santa Fe, where he continued to impress with his consistent performances. In 1995, his performance caught the attention of Universidad de Chile, a prominent Chilean football club, and he soon made a transfer to play in the Chilean Primera División.
During his time at Universidad de Chile, Buljubasich showcased his exceptional skills and became a fan favorite. He played an integral role in the team's victory in the 1999 and 2000 Copa Chile, earning praise for his crucial saves and performances under pressure. His impressive performances earned him the distinction of being the best goalkeeper in the Chilean Primera División and attracted further attention from other clubs.
In 2001, Buljubasich made a move to Mexico and joined Club León. He continued to excel in his role as a goalkeeper, providing a much-needed stability and reliability to the team's defensive line. After a successful stint in Mexico, Buljubasich returned to Argentina and played for several clubs, including Racing Club and River Plate. Over the course of his career, Tati Buljubasich has earned a reputation as a talented and versatile goalkeeper, cementing his place among the most celebrated figures in Argentine football.
