Come Back
Ever since my fall on my ribs in December,I had to ignore my favorite hamstring exercise for i think 7 weeks. Maybe more. Had to get comfortable bracing and landing my ribs on my crash pads. Fed into the pain and the pain went away. First time in months going cold into this movement, no pads, no shoes, and I got within inches of chest to ground. Used to do Y raise sets and sets with weights so this is PROGRESSSSSSS

@Joseph I see. I just thought that possible broken ribs might be something serious that should be looked at in case the injury was more serious than you suspected. There have been cases where people have broken their ribs and it punctured a lung. But I suppose if you had punctured a lung, you would have had trouble breathing which would have forced you to go see a doctor. I'm not a fan of conventional medicine myself. I've had sinus issues since December 19, 2021 that are NOT going away. I finally went to an Urgent Care last Friday, May 12th to get it checked out. I was told they are going to refer me to a specialist and that I'll be getting a call in the next week or so to set up that appointment. I haven't been to a doctor in years, but I'm tired of dealing with these sinus problems. Some medical issues cannot be ignored. 🤷♀️ It sounds like you're healing up without any adverse effects, so that's a good sign. 👍
