New batches. 1 Kombucha. 2 are being trained to accept honey for Jun Tea.

In the past I damaged a scoby by quickly exposing it to honey. I didn't realize Jun Tea was a thing and it definitely will act differently.. Kombucha - I ferment 10 days Jun - reads to take only 4 to 7 days Already the bubbles are different
