Woke up at 4.46 am to the sound of a pigeon screaming outside my window drank mushroom broth with a shot of chlorophyll and stared at the wall for exactly 7 minutes did 3000 steps circling my living room while listening to Gregorian chants remixed with techno beats brushed my teeth with volcanic ash from Santorini ate a single almond dipped in cacao while journaling my dreams none of which I remember but I am convinced they were prophetic worked out by emotionally blackmailing my own reflection had a brief existential spiral after sniffing a jasmine candle too hard took 17 supplements I cannot pronounce then had lunch and just finished work
