Red beans and rice

I shouldn't have used old el paso Spanish rice it's not bad but I could have made way more from scratch I did the seasonings for the meat and beans overall damn good especially with a touch of cheese and hot sauce

Finally

NC700 lowered about 6 inches because I'm a short guy and I can barely touch still lol. But it's worth it need a bigger size for me. Couldn't do the handle bars. They were to short but everything else looks great.
