Ross Rival is a well-known celebrity from the Philippines known for his talents as a singer and actor. Born on December 10, 1950, in Manila, Philippines, Ross began his career in the entertainment industry at a young age. He started singing in local bars and joined several singing competitions. It wasn't long before he caught the attention of recording companies, and he eventually signed a contract as a recording artist. Ross Rival is best known for his hit songs such as "Kahit Maputi na ang Buhok Ko", "Gaano Kadalas ang Minsan", and "Padre de Familia", among others. Because of his exceptional vocal skills, he became a popular singer in the Philippines and all over the world. His romantic ballads and heartfelt love songs touched the hearts of many Filipinos, making him one of the country's most beloved singers. Aside from his successful music career, Ross Rival also made a name for himself in the acting industry. He starred in several television shows and movies that showcased his acting talents. One of his most notable acting roles was in the popular Filipino television series "Gulong ng Palad," which aired in 1977. In this drama, Ross played the lead character named Julio, who falls in love with a girl from a wealthy family. Sadly, Ross Rival passed away on 18 June 2021 at the age of 70. His fans and friends in the entertainment industry mourned his loss and remembered him for his contributions to the music and entertainment industry in the Philippines.
