The phrasing of the question is a little tough. I have have had many female friends all my life that I love as equally as my male friends. There is still a feeling, just not the same I have for my wife.

Yup. No issue whatsoever. Just shut them down if they catch feels. If they can't handle it, walk away. Loads of guys pretend to be your friend to try to get with you. Gotta weed those ones out, and keep the ones that get it.

I can think of females I consider friends that I never thought of otherwise. I have had some that I considered a friend that tried to ask me out and they disappeared after I said no. 🤷‍♂️

Yes a relationship can be strictly platonic. But from my observation most people only talk to people that they find attractive.

So even if a guy says he just wants to be friends. Some guys use that as a way to try to get closer to you. Like they wait for a moment when you're really depressed or down about something to try to comfort you.

But usually you see that theyre not about respecting boundaries. Just looking for the opportunity to make their move on you.

There are guys that want a platonic friendship but those are few and far between.
