Is it easy for you to say “No” to something? Or does it take some effort and power to do so.

I used to hold an initial assumption that everyone's decision is always right/ correct no matter what type of mode, background or mbti they are from so mostly simply answer "Yes" and rarely "No" because most people are a bit hard to accept "No" as an answer. If I could change one thing about my life, it would be not simply follow someone's suggestion/activity or crowd. After so many years, I have come to realize that sometimes the person who was keep suggesting me on something actually not suitable for my condition and time is limited. Most people are very concern about other people's type of relationship (either femme, asexual, heteronormative and etc) at the workplace instead of just fully focus on the task given.
