Is anyone (5w6) who has a little problem with social engagement?

According to the meaning "Although considerably extroverted with the Type 6 influence, Enneagram Type 5w6s may be a bit socially aloof. They prefer to be their own company instead of having a blast with a big crowd."

I have no problem socializing. But when I spend too much time with people, it's completely drained me and feeling irritable though I could control my emotions. How does each of you tackle it?

I personally hate socializing, but I force myself to go to some parties every once in a while to engage with other human beings, although it makes me feel drained and irritable I tend to spend the next few days huddled in a corner in my room
