Dalip Singh, more commonly known by his ring name The Great Khali, is an Indian professional wrestler and former powerlifter. Born on August 27, 1972, in a small village called Dhiraina, in Himachal Pradesh, India, Dalip Singh's incredible stature of 7 feet 1 inch tall made him an instantly recognizable figure in the world of professional wrestling. He gained international fame during his time in the WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment), where he became the first-ever Indian world champion.
