Emotional bombshell

Today was starting off ok, fairly average... ... Then, after My mum's Physio session, she gets news that really scares both of us - a possibility that her Leukaemia has become more aggressive! Her right arm, has swollen to twice the size of the left, and has real trouble elevating the arm beyond level with the shoulder. I'm getting really scared, that my fears earlier on in the year are actually coming about... I'll be all alone once I loose her!! 💔💔
