I'm so happy that I get to discover new foods. For years, I struggled with my relationship with food. I used to see eating as something I simply had to do to survive, so it often felt like a chore rather than something to enjoy.

Now I'm on a journey of eating clean, being consistent and building a healthier relationship with food. I'm learning to enjoy my meals, cook for myself and be more intentional about what I eat because I know how much it impacts my health and well-being.

Some of my favorites are chicken, pork, fish, mutton and beef with vegetables like broccoli, baby marrow, carrots, green beans, potatoes and sweet potatoes. I also enjoy eggs, oat bran and plenty of other healthy foods I could probably go on forever! 😊
