It's crazy - I had the worst two months on my sales goals the last two months (for reasons beyond my control but still affected my productivity) and this month, I am having one of my strongest months ever. Working in sales is weird.

Despite what I have seen, I still have to believe hard work and investing in yourself pays off! I already put the work to grow from where use to be, gained new knowledge and now waiting for the door to open for what i have been working towards. Once that door opens I will keep growing, there is always more to learn.

Don't settle, folks. There are always better jobs out there. If you're unhappy where you are. Explore other options. Just don't leave yourself high and dry while you search out a new path.

About a month ago I was pretty unhappy with my place of employment. Within 3 weeks I not only found a new job, but a job that came with a +19% pay increase.
