A day at the range

A friend and I have been going to the range once a week or so. We usually end the trip with a little contest. This day we were doing a set system, and tied 2 sets each. Lovely day for a bit of Longbow

Some good work today, got a solid aim mark for 30m (will need this for the next month but no harm getting it now) and then a bit of a trial at 60m, not a distance I'll be shooting in tournaments but a nice staging post up to 70m over the next few weeks.

Bit of barebow

Finally got around to shooting our monthly BB league round tonight. Not 100% happy due to a few bad ends at the end of each distance. Still a PB for the round and a few very tidy groups (this was the best, a 52 at 30m) considering I'm still learning the discipline.

All p4epped for a weekend of shooting, Barebow practice tonight, longbow league round (and hopefully BBQ) tomorrow morning and then Barebow league on Sunday. That's a lot of shooting on what is technically a weekend off from tournaments 🤣🏹🏹🏹.
