Hi! I’m finding a good romcom to watch. Finding movies I haven’t watched yet. I don’t really have any favorites but When Harry Met Sally is a classic. I love Jane Austen adaptations too! Willing to watch other non-English or non-Filipino romcoms too!

Hola! Estic buscant una bona comèdia romàntica per veure. Buscant pel·lícules que encara no he vist. Realment no en tinc cap de preferida, però Quan Harry va trobar Sally és un clàssic. També m'encanten les adaptacions de Jane Austen! Estic disposat a veure altres comèdies romàntiques que no siguin en anglès o filipí!

Quina és la teva comèdia romàntica preferida?

Not bad, 

But something on my mind is I can't help but think that while the scenes are 'romantic' and I like seeing emotional connections develop they also feel immoral to me, because these people's feelings are developing due to their desire and openness to non platonic relationships even though they've already got something going with someone else. 

In a way all the dramas and love triangles seem self caused and completely avoidable. lack of principles and loyalty by continuing the search and allowing for the possibilities of things they know they shouldn't, and then they explain it away by saying it just happened or they just fell for someone and didn't plan on it, but in reality they are fully accountable for the inner intentions that not only allow it to happen but promote it. In other words they're playing with temptation and expecting not to get bit or deal with the consequences of losing to something that can never be truly won against (because in playing with temptation you've already lost since the desire has gotten inside despite if you act on it in the end) 

Romcoms are shows for entertainment but I think some people or more so society could normalise the behaviour of never fully committing to a monogamous relationship even if they tell the love interest that they are. It seems all to common that people pretend that there's nothing that can be done about feelings developing for others and that it's not simply because we are not taking responsibility for our inner life

Maybe it's just me, what do you all think of my perspective on this?

No està malament, 

Però hi ha una cosa que em preocupa, i és que no puc evitar pensar que, tot i que les escenes són 'romàntiques' i m'agrada veure com es desenvolupen les connexions emocionals, també em semblen immorals, perquè els sentiments d'aquestes persones es desenvolupen a causa del seu desig i obertura a relacions no platòniques, tot i que ja tenen alguna cosa amb algú altre.

D'alguna manera, tots els drames i triangles amorosos semblen auto-causats i completament evitables. falta de principis i lleialtat en continuar la cerca i permetre les possibilitats de coses que saben que no haurien de fer, i després ho expliquen dient que simplement va passar o que es van enamorar d'algú i no ho havien planejat, però en realitat són completament responsables de les intencions interiors que no només permeten que passi, sinó que ho promouen. En altres paraules, estan jugant amb la temptació i esperant no ser picats o afrontar les conseqüències de perdre davant d'alguna cosa que mai es pot guanyar realment (perquè en jugar amb la temptació ja has perdut, ja que el desig s'ha introduït dins, malgrat que actuïs sobre ell al final)

Les comèdies romàntiques són espectacles d'entreteniment, però crec que algunes persones o més aviat la societat podrien normalitzar el comportament de no comprometre's mai completament a una relació monògama, fins i tot si diuen a l'interès amorós que ho fan. Sembla massa comú que la gent pretengui que no hi ha res que es pugui fer sobre els sentiments que es desenvolupen per altres i que no és simplement perquè no estem assumint la responsabilitat de la nostra vida interior.

Potser només sóc jo, què en penseu de la meva perspectiva sobre això?

I usually binge completed comics, but every so often I find myself reading along. This one has finally come to and end (English translation/main story?) and it's so damn bittersweet. Romantic comedy with a huge emphasis on the comedy. 

I'm so glad I didn't give up during the enormous amount of cringe in the first few episodes. #webcomics #manhwas #romcom

Anyone else reading this?

Normalment llegeixo còmics de manera intensiva, però de tant en tant em trobo llegint a poc a poc. Aquest finalment ha arribat a la seva fi (traducció a l'anglès/història principal?) i és tan malament dolç. Comèdia romàntica amb un gran èmfasi en la comèdia.
