Robert Ashby, as an ISTJ, tends to be quiet and reserved, but they can be very focused and determined when they need to be. They are the people you want to be with when you are in a difficult situation. ISTJs are natural-born leaders, and they are not afraid to take charge. They are always looking for ways to improve efficiency and productivity, and they are not afraid to make tough decisions. They are introverts who are entirely focused on their job. Inaction in their products and relationships will not be allowed. Realists make up a substantial population, making them easy to spot in a crowd. It may take some time to befriend them since they are picky about who they let into their little society, but the effort is well worth it. They remain together through good and terrible times.
