Sadly I'm one who could talk to certain people on a regular consistent basis...  so I definitely get a little 😔 when we don't talk... but I try to understand people have lives and might not always be able to chat a lot.  Granted with technology these days... it's simple easy instantaneous to throw a quick "hey.. can't talk busy, just wanted to say hi"....   
Then again... I go through my own down times where I don't feel like making the effort for as simple as it is...  
🤔... or at least down time where I don't want to make the effort, but if the other person makes the effort I might be more likely to interact...
😵‍💫😵... I think/talk too much...

I think some of it is the games people play these days. Yes people are busy, yes people have lives. But if you appear to be too available people seem to lose interest. The whole scarcity equates to higher value. What happened to wanting to show you are interested in the other. IDK, just my thoughts.
