The Fjord and the Sea Route
One of the things I love is to build bicycle routes for myself. This route, for instance, follows the fjord as well as the sea shore – both splendid, although I prefer the sea. It has some hills, but 60% is flat, it goes through plenty of touristy towns – and also quiet forests. I realized recently I need to have a route in mind before setting out on a trip, doesn’t work otherwise for me. If that’s a long one, there is some preparation involved, and it builds up the excitement!. Today, I got up at five something to catch a bus, and then a train, to arrive at a destination, that was the starting point of my journey (home being the end point). Do you need to have a plan – or do you decide on the spot? #danmark (bearbeitet)

Hey, ich trete bald eine 21 tägige Radreise an. Mindestens 100km pro Tag. Was kann man als Kraftsportler machen, um in dieser Zeit nicht zu viel Muskelmasse zu verlieren?

Heute..
..hat sich bei schneller Fahrt eine Biene in meiner Fahrradbrille verfangen. Es war wohl für und beide eine unangenehme Situation. Mein Herz raste schneller als beim Radfahrern an sich. Glücklicherweise wurde ich nicht ins Gesicht gestochen und die Biene darf weiter Nektar naschen.
