JoJo's bizarre adventure

So confession time. I've tried to watch the first season of jojo 3 times and I just can't get into it. Can I skip that season and watch the others? Are they better?

You can but its so short doesnt make much sense and gives all the setting for parts 2/3, I agree its the weakest part but its so short that its barely an issue

Part 3 is when the stands are introduced and is what everyone is truly hyped about. If you haven't already, try season 2. If you bounce off that the. Skip to 3. Personally 4 is prolly my fave. Id say that since Stands were Introduced in 3, 4 had hindsight about it and was able to course correct. All in all, you CAN skip the first 2 seasons. I recommend trying to not, as they supply important context that drives everything else.

Tbh I never watched Part 1 (Phantom Blood) despite getting through Parts 2-7, what reeled me in to Jojo’s universe was S1E15, just so happened to catch it on TV randomly and it was just a surreal trip from start to finish I had to continue lol I just had my friend who watched from the beginning fill me in on what I missed
