Depends on what you are looking for. If you have watched anime for a long time, the tropes are kind of repetitive, the storyline is not unique and you will feel a lot of characters repeat characteristics from other older anime (the big three namely). Positives include the art, the music and... Yeah, that just about encapsulates the positives. Is it a must watch anime? Not necessarily. Is watching it a waste of time? Not at all. You lose nothing by skipping it. But if at all you wish to watch it, you wont regret it. Just don't go in expecting an amazing plot or storyline, its average at best. If you are fine with decently executed fight sequences and fantastic art, with a good sound track, you can watch this anime.
