I take it as a great indicator to decline or block them (mostly block to ensure they don't try to match again - or don't accidentally match later). The bio is an important factor in matching with people and if someone reaches out with anything my bio specifies not to do I know they're not worth my time or energy - more than touching a button or two. No point in complaining about. That's like complaining that people that don't match your preferences exist 🫠
