How do ppl get the confidence to send a dm?!?!??

Staring at someone's profile card for 10 mins debating whether to send a dm or not is crazy, bc id honestly rather die than fumble someone whose my type💔

Had a nightmare, I went for groceries and at the check out I didn’t have my card, my phone errrthing. Then I saw it! a kangaroo chewing my bag. I lost it and tried to fight the kangaroo. It jumped away with my bag. The fuuuuuugggg!!
