Can someone explain how chronicle is made?

I want start a chronicle as a ST for MtA

I am part of World of Darkness larp, so I have bunch of stuff to wear for it. I play Aidan and they are a Assamite. For some odd reason Assamite players like wearing shemaghs as something that their pc wears. I eventually broke down and go one. Then I discovered how well it keeps my face warm so I now wear them when its cold out. I like them better then regular scarfs now. So this is me sharing a picture of keeping warm on one of the larp's many discords.

My pc is a kinfolk who is Emery and Winds is a werewolf pc. Both me and the player of Winds are friends out of character. But in character we can have some heated conversations. Also our pcs are in a prank war. but here is a sample of the banter that apparently other players found funny

Last night sabbat game I play in, the scene my pc was in, my group we deciding how to deal with independent assamites in their heavily trapped place. We got into their place via attic. So we decided to go with the idea my pc shifts into an elephant and let the elephant weight do the rest. We did go through the floors to where the assamites were. My group did take them out but one player did lose their pc for the team. We did do something to honor the fallen pc. It was a amazing session and a sad one at the same time.

Playing Sabbat

Still running this scene, but none of the players are here to share.
I am have 4 players going through a dark evil woods and swamp. The only safe area of course is the path and were told. They were also warned of the dangers. Not even ten minutes into the woods 2 are off the path and heading to a small 'island'. 1 trying to get the 2 back on the path but the woods/swamp is making it near impossible. Finally the 4th just stuck to the path with some loss of Willpower and is out safe. My goal was to get them split up and lost but I didn't think it was going to be easy but I was wrong lol.

Ironically werewolves don't have a split personality unlike vampires, wraiths and mages who have the beast, shadow, and avatars

Split personality

Coming up with a pack name that my gangrel anti is going to be. Its a new pack, which is why me and two others are trying to coming up with a name for said pack. At 1 point I jokingly pitched Emperor's children and 1 of the others like it. The other said let pick a less know 40k chapter name. So we settle on Ashen Blades. This cracks me up greatly.
