The limitations with anime as a storytelling medium, especially old anime, is that the artists have to draw everything. Good action is hard to come by because pencil mileage increases the cost.

Recommend: Naruto, Dragon Ball, Gundam, Yu Yu Hakusho, Cowboy Bebop, and Ghost in the Shell
