Hi Margrae! Welcome. There's much to explore. I would say the goal is to participate. Comment on others, heart things you like. Be picky with likes when you're scrolling through matches. There's a block button for blocking people and topics. Use it. Explore the topics that you like or the most recent. People from all over the world. I'm certain that you'll get lots of likes. If you like back then I believe you can communicate for free. Otherwise it costs coins to message others privately. Earn coins by leveling up, getting likes, commenting, playing the game.

Again, welcome. There's quite a bit of good stuff, you just gotta sift through it.

Also, if you're checking out someone's profile then be sure to check out the posts and comments section. You can get a good insight into the type of person they are.
