What did you do when you feel sad and depressed and you don’t know what will makes you happier bacasuse nothing is that good to bring you up. You just feel miserable and you don’t want to exist in this world anymore or you just want to go far away and be alone..

Take long walks in nature. The important thing to remember is that it's OK to feel what you feel and allow your mind to think what it wants to think about. Allow your thoughts and feelings to process and pay attention to them. It sometimes can be a painful process but through pain and suffering lies growth no matter whether it's spiritual, mental or physical. I hope you're ok

I'll just go outside and feel the nature. I won't think about anything just me sitting or walking by roadside or a garden experiencing the wind how it feels, looking at the sky watching clouds movement. When I'm hungry treat myself a nice meal which I'm craving on that spot. Just try out new things which your heart feels like.
