Idk how to find people

I will start by simply saying I'm an extremely introverted person like I barely want to go out in general.. The problem is it's like 29 days out of 30 and perfectly fine being alone but it's just like that one day that it would be nice to go out with friends to somewhere It's I'm more fine being alone then actually most people it seems and it makes it hard to make friends irl.. If you don't accept an invitation to go out most of the time eventually they just stopped coming.. and ye they move on and forget about you.. Throughout my life all my irl friends have been from what I do irl so school and now work but the problem is my work is like 12 people and none that I get along with that way It's like I have no one ATM no relationship no friends just my family thankfully just ye.. I wish actually making irl friends was easier then just talking to people on this app I've had this app for years and never even met up with anyone..
