Denial's Cry
Painful, pointless, Unwanted existence, Every drive in life is now so devoid. Frost and darkness, No love or compassion Cruel isolation paints me as schizoid. I still feel this numbness and suspension, As if inability had me swallowed whole. Waiting, screaming, Living in denial, Claiming the convenient lack of any hope. Frightened of the Any spark that might bring light but may as well burn me down and destroy. Something has to change, Or it'll soon be over, Self-deluded vision that I have control.
