How do you deal with knowing about reality?

Question

I mean, not being in a bubble is truly frustrating. I see how people lie to each other, especially at jobs for more profits. People are in this fantasy world that I truly wish I was in, instead of perceiving the harsh reality of life the way I do.

I have meditated, exercised, and eaten healthily. I have done everything positive that I can imagine in my mind, but I still feel that the "bubble" is more fun because it allows me to avoid recognizing the harsh reality of life.

Remember that the world is a complex place.  There are absolutely bad parts, bad people, bad things, but there are good parts too.  No one should be willfully ignorant and only look at the good parts, but you shouldn’t fixate on the bad either.  You gotta take all of it together, fix what you can, appreciate the good, and get through the bad as best you can ❤️

I have discovered embracing the darkness while maintaining the light is the best way to live. A balance, its  entirely possible to be optimistic and also be realistic. My Ideals won't be diminished by a few lost souls.

I thought about all that today. Being totally inside the matrix give people better life perspective. They are living a illusion of happiness, but when we are a little outside this we see the negativity that society and it's standards carry on.

The bubbles existed for a reason. But if everyone stayed in their own bubble, humanity suffers forcing some of it's populations out of their bubbles.

The harsh reality will unfortunately last our lifetimes, but I think it's temporary. It exists due to the lack of intelligence and order, and although we are actually not favored from an evolutionary POV, we are necessary for the human race to continue until we become the norm, and reality becomes gradually less harsh.

I think you're in the grief phase. I kinda am, too. I am trying to test my theory in real life now: We need to accelerate this slow process of making positive change by connecting and supporting each other, and trying to aim for real happiness instead of one in a bubble.

You are immune to the "bubble burst" now, and the bigger your bubble was, the more davistating and damaging the burst becomes, and most people will experience that burst in their lifetime, so, you have a great advantage, use it!
