Try to make a list of things u want in a partner yes or yes, things that u cannot accept, like kids and religion, things that u need ur partner to have. Then try to deny any advances with someone not meant for you. In the beggining it's hard, but sometimes we need to think more with the head and less with the heart. But yeah same
