We have one at Oak Ridge that actually works. But it's useless. No point in making a bipedal HKs they are way too inneficient. Some say is to make an infiltrator unit. Pfft why? Why make a whole robot as an infiltrator if you can just hijack a brain of a human. 99.99% of the design work is done for you. No need for a powercell, path finding algorithms, even emotions.
