So I have a question and I’m curious to know if anyone else does the same thing. Basically when I commute to work I like to checkpoint my journey in my head, so for example I pass under the bridge that’s checkpoint 1, get to the roundabout that’s checkpoint 2 etc. Anyone else feel satisfied knowing that you are going somewhere and making progress at the same time?

This is why I struggle with exercise. If I get exercise omw to something I'm good but if I have to plan to exercise for the sake of exercising then there's about a 30 percent chance I actually will 😅 I miss living in a cycle friendly city.
