On the blind assumption that 50% of people have the letter J in their MBTI personality type, I would argue that telling people to not be judgmental is essentially telling half the world to stop "being yourself, for my sake". My solution to such a ridiculous demand, is to continue judging them without telling them. But another perspective a lot of people fail to see, is that judgment can also be positive. I can judge you to be "trustworthy" or "not guilty" or I can judge your work to be "100% satisfactory". How exactly would they expect me to grade such qualities if they won't let me judge them? If you want the positive judgments, you have to take the negative judgments with it.

Not sure if joking, but that is not entirely what perceiving vs judging means in the context of MBTI. It's really describing how easily you cut out decision trees vs expand them. The manifestation is in changing which function is "extroverted" in the lineup of cognitive functions, while the extroversion / introversion then defines which comes first. That is... INTJ is Ni-Te-Fi-Se INTP is Ti-Ne-Si-Fe ENTJ is Te-Ni-Se-Fi
