This is a frame from a video I took of a very close-range encounter.

The footage itself is not the best, but you can definitely tell that there is something very anomalous going on. Can post the link to the video itself, and some other experiences I've managed to record, if anyone is interested. What do you see in this screenshot?

Have you ever encountered something unexplained....

So I use to live in Abilene where the first stories of black eyed children came from... I was always on the look out but never saw them... A couple of floating lights when I passed by the Roswell area in my early twenties and some strange dreams is as close as I think I've been what about you.
