Oh gosh my triceps origins were still so painful even after 16d rest. I learned from 16d ago not to train heavily again when there's acute pain. This is all I have for quads now

I've returned to quad biased leg press from leg extensions. The scissoring movement in a leg press is very different to the angular movement of the leg extension. Unfortunately my intraabdominal and intracranial pressure tolerance was reached early in the 5th set but I'll start from there next... (edited) read more
