This is all I have for quads now

I've returned to quad biased leg press from leg extensions. The scissoring movement in a leg press is very different to the angular movement of the leg extension. Unfortunately my intraabdominal and intracranial pressure tolerance was reached early in the 5th set but I'll start from there next... (edited) read more
