I think phone banking is slowly coming to an end because the demographic that used to use that service is slowly leaving the world of living.

Correct me if I'm wrong in my statement. Older people at around 70 or more years that had very little mobility would mostly use this service, others with a little bit more mobility would usually go to an actual bank branch to do their transactions.
