Worst weather conditions in the winter are when it used to rain, then it suddenly gone down to minus temperatures in Celsius and then in the morning or during the day you encounter naked ice.

Very thin layer of ice on the payment or on the sidewalk which is very dangerous. Very common in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Belarus and countries with similar climate.
