Mesto za vežbanje na Zvezdari

Ovo mesto je samo 15ak minuta pešice od moje kuće pa mi je idealno za vežbanje. Mala šumica na Zvezdari, zelenilo, zemlja, svež vazduh i Sunce.

Trening u teretani i šumi

Kada je blato i toksična kiša onda teretana dobro dodje a i tokom toplog vremena upotpuni trening ciljajući neke mišiće koje ne pogadjam zgibovima, sklekovima i čučnjevima. Ipak uvek biram vežbati u prirodi kad god mogu 🍀
