One of my specialty! We call this VALENCIANA quite simitar to Paella😊...

Consist of Glutinous rice, pork meat, shrimp, chicken meat, chicken liver, chorizo bilbao, peas, raisins and garnish with boiled egg and green onions! But I make whatever is available in my kitchen🙂

I know, I know, but Jeff Koons’ stuff has always spoken to me. I met him a few times in the 90s, and yes, he’s insufferable, but Michael and Bubbles and Balloon Dog are incredibly charismatic objects. I really wanna go to Bilbao and see Puppy.
