Looking to train footwork

Just wondering if anybody has some pointers on how I can improve my footwork. I've been working on slips and pivots, I even started incorporating an L-step into my training, but looking for any guides, gear, or tips to help me train and make it a second nature. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
