Gym calisthenics (edited)

My goal is to learn calisthenics

I'm starting with frog stands and improving hip flexor strength which is needed for L-sit and many holds. I'm shocked how weak or untrained my hip flexors are. I'd just like to be able to do something "cool" besides pullups, chin ups and dips.

HARDWORK

I think today is the day to catch 50 kg/pounds to wake up my muscles After this what should I do

Calisthenics

90° degree hold

Begginer advice

What do you usually do to strengthen your wrists? I'm starting on calisthenics and I've been having lot of pain on them. Can you recommend me some strengthening exercises? 😣
