Give yourself [3 days] to crash out; to cry; to flush out of all the emotions / all the pain you feel; to grieve; to isolate yourself in your bedroom; to lose appetite; to question yourself. After 3 days, let it go, let everything go, and let yourself heal. Stop romanticize your pain.

--- Your family and friends need you, "your people" need you, your pets need you. Stop romanticize your pain, because people who caused you that pain, they know exactly what they did.
