Imagine if we could get stronger from diseases and viruses and not get effected like zenkai boosts for Saiyan's and strength
That'd be sick. You get covid and next time you won't get it all because the body has built up a defense. Same thing for anything. You just keep getting stronger and stronger immune system. Eventually nothing happens to you and heal faster.
