The Dream 🖤

🎶 The wheels they turn for you, a deity for two Holding on it's true, won't bring it back again They way you look, my friend—it's closer to the end I'm holding out a hand to bring it back again 🎶

Meditation

I love meditating, it is very relaxing I meditate for an hour. I'm intuitive, I have spiritual discernment, mediumship, I don't understand some things that I experienced during meditation. I feel like a feather in the wind, and also like a big heavy stone that was dropped to the bottom of the… read more

Kronk character concept

I've been toying with this character concept of a true neutral cleric/warlock whose actions are determined by an ongoing feud between his deity and his patron. I think each round the character effectively has to roll initiative twice to see which prevails that round. What do you all think?

my collection!

these are all (at least I think it's all of them) my crystals and deity keychains! I really need to find my pendulums but that's for another day! I got them (and some tarot card sets) all from a little shop in Evansville, Indiana called The Bead Angel! 100/10 recommend going there if you like… read more

Soooooo.... I discovered a word that apparently nobody ever noticed was missing?

I had a feeling. And I couldn't quite place what that feeling was. Do I feel love? No... Do I like watching? Not that. What is it about it??? Well, it turns out I was thinking way too hard: I was experiencing the feeling that arrives when you finally notice something. The feeling that… read more

Love Letter to Dark Souls (a 15 minute ramble essay)

Legend of Zelda was such an important game series for me as an over thinker who always wanted to know the right thing to do. The world of Zelda provided clear answers and unquestioned objective morality. It gave me a mission. It gave me landmarks. It gave me a compass. It said, go here and do this.… read more

Working With Set

Through the years I have always been the one that rises above the chaos, thrives in it, and makes something new. I did some intense Tarot work and I was looking for a deity to work with. I tried lots of lesser demons, gods and goddesses, but only when I stopped looking did I find what I needed. It… read more

Jung & Vajrayana

I've been thinking lately about how similar "active imagination" is to deity yoga. In Jung's technique, one tries to relax enough to get into a particular psychological state that Buddhist practitioners would be already quite familiar with, the state of "unconscious arising," when the mind is just… read more

Sculpture of some old deity.

Who’s that god?

What is your favorite “unheard” deity or pathenon

What's everyone's favorite mythology story, deity, etc? Idk why I feel like asking but here we are!

If you could meet a mythical creature which one would you like to meet and why?

It can be a ghost or a fey, a griffin or even some pagan deity, whatever you can remember from mythology or fairytales. But you have no guarantee that the creature you meet is going to be friendly (for instance, if you choose a genie, you get to meet one, but you don't get his lamp), they will… read more

RRR

Finally watched RRR, this movie has it all, huh?! The storyline, score and action sequences are pretty incredible, even if some of the fights are a little OTT but that's Indian cinema, in general 🥲 In fairness to the main characters, they are meant to be "superhuman" drawing parallels with the… (edited) read more
