8Why do people have to be reckless drivers when it's raining? The sun hasn't even risen yet, it's down pouring, and they are trying to make me rush like I can see the road.
This is why there's so many car accidents, people rush people during severe thunderstorms. Stop laying on your horn when people are trying to safely get to their destinations, maybe sometimes you should leave early if you want to get somewhere in time during a severe thunderstorm.
