It was a beautiful day to go by the river on my lunch break today. Any day by the water is a good day really. Water can have many moods but mostly calming for me. It's probably why I enjoy fishing so much too. What does being on the water do for you?

Was pretty exciting catching this 21 inch smallmouth up north in Wisconsin.

I got a few and its a good start to the weekend.... well I can't think of a way that is a bad start to a weekend. The smallmouth that 1.9lbs has a leach at the roof of its mouth.

Floating Debris Pile Is Getting Larger

Went out for the first time in a couple of months today, only caught small ones. The floating debris pile is getting quite big from the recent storms heh

Showing some more fish, here in my region they are popularly known by the names "Cambuba" and "Carapicu", the latter being a medium to small-sized fish known for its silver color, we also have a small bucket of small bivalve shellfish, quite consumed in my region. 🎣
